What you'll do

• Provide actuarial thought leadership across complex reinsurance structures (treaty and facultative)
• Review and challenge experience analyses, assumptions, scenarios, and pricing outputs
• Partner with onshore actuarial and broking leadership on structuring and client discussions
• Set technical standards, governance, and review frameworks across deliverables
• Mentor and upskill actuarial and analytics talent in India
