What you'll do

• Deliver, install, and configure desktop assets, laptops, and peripherals for end users, including PC refresh, swap, and replacement activities at end of life
• Arrange shipment, collection, and tracking of IT equipment as required
• Provide desktop incident and service request support for both onsite and remote users
• Build, image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops following standard operating procedures
• Assist with office relocations, workstation setup, cabling, patching, and user moves between locations

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• TCP/IP
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
