Senior Administrator - Hardware Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional with approximately 6 years of experience to manage and govern IT assets throughout their complete lifecycle, from procurement and deployment through maintenance, refresh, and retirement.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement coordination, receiving, tagging, allocation, deployment, transfer, refresh, recovery
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records within the ITAM repository/CMDB, ensuring asset ownership, location, status, configuration
• Perform periodic physical and system-based asset reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between inventory records, endpoint management platforms
• Coordinate device refresh, return, recovery, and disposal activities, including employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding scenarios
• Support asset audits and compliance reviews, maintaining appropriate documentation, inventory records, and evidence
