Senior Administrator - IT security

About the role

We are seeking a skilled L2 OT Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Cyolo Secure Remote Access (SRA) solutions to support, maintain, and enhance secure connectivity within Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves troubleshooting, deployment support, and ensuring secure access to critical industrial assets while complying with industry standards.

What you'll do

• Support for Cyolo Secure Remote Access platform deployments and implementation
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring incidents
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and onboarding of Cyolo components including gateways, connectors, and agents
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC), secure tunnels, and zero-trust access policies
• Integrate Cyolo with Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD, LDAP, or SSO solutions
