What you'll do

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).\r
  • Manage user identities, groups, roles, and licenses using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\r
  • Provide L2/L3 support for M365 incidents and service requests.\r
  • Monitor M365 service health, availability, and performance.\r
  • Troubleshoot and resolve messaging, collaboration, and identity issues.\r
