Senior Administrator - Network LAN/WAN

About the role

Network Data L2 Engineer with 6+ years of relevant experience in LAN/Switch management. Responsible for configuration, administration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, network changes, performance monitoring, and RCA support for enterprise LAN infrastructure within defined SLAs.

What you'll do

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN switches, VLANs, trunks, ports, and network connectivity
• Troubleshoot STP, EtherChannel, VLAN, routing, latency, packet loss, and performance issues
• Perform switch configuration, upgrades, and approved network changes
• Handle L2 incidents/service requests and provide technical support to L1 engineers
• Analyze monitoring alerts and proactively identify network issues
