About the role
SAP Basis / SAP Functional Engineer (L2+) with 6+ years of experience in SAP application support, SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, incident resolution, change management, and functional support. Responsible for maintaining SAP platform availability, user support, transport management, system performance, troubleshooting, and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Provide operational support for SAP Basis and SAP Functional environments
- Monitor SAP systems and ensure availability, performance, and stability
- Perform user administration, client administration, and SAP transport management
- Support SAP incidents, service requests, problem management, and change implementation
- Troubleshoot SAP application, batch job, interface, and system issues
