About the role

Enterprise Video Conferencing Engineer (Cisco + Microsoft + Humly + Barco) Responsible for incident resolution, troubleshooting, operational support, room technology administration, and ensuring seamless meeting experiences for end users.

What you'll do

• Video Conferencing Support Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions
• Support Cisco Room Kits, Webex Devices, SX/MX/DX Series, and Teams-certified room devices
• Monitor conferencing infrastructure and proactively address service issues
• Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and meeting join failures
• Meeting Room Technology Support Support Humly Room Displays and Room Booking solutions
