About the role

Omnissa Horizon Engineer - L2 and L3 Job Descriptions The Horizon L2 Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support of the Omnissa Horizon VDI environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Horizon infrastructure components, profile management, and end-user support.

What you'll do

• Administer and support Omnissa Horizon desktop and application delivery environments
• Manage Horizon Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways (UAG), desktop pools, and Instant Clone environments
• Troubleshoot Horizon client connectivity, desktop launch, user profile, and application issues
• Support FSLogix, and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) solutions
• Monitor the health and performance of Horizon infrastructure and user sessions

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• VMware
• Networking
• Active Directory
• Windows Server
• Troubleshooting
• PowerShell
• Any graduate
