Senior Agentic Process Automation Developer

About the role

The Sr. Agentic Process Automation Developer designs, builds, deploys, and supports intelligent agents and process-automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role translates business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, standardization, and user experience.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders, process owners, and transformation teams to identify, assess, and prioritize processes that can be automated, streamlined
• Lead technical discovery by developing use cases, process maps, requirements, value assessments, scope documents, solution designs
• Design and build scalable process automations, generative-AI capabilities, and custom intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, connectors
• Implement agent goals, decision logic, human oversight, access controls, auditability, sensitivity protections, and other governance, security, privacy
• Deploy and manage automations and agents across platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, websites
