Senior AI-native Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior AI-native Growth Marketer to lead data-driven B2B growth initiatives by leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced marketing technologies. In this role, you will design and execute scalable multi-channel marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and drive measurable revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Data Governance and Cybersecurity: Oversee marketing data quality, hygiene
• Implement secure data-handling practices across marketing systems and assets
• Campaign Optimization and Experimentation: Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across creative assets, landing pages, email sequences
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, evaluate key growth indicators, develop actionable dashboards
• Marketing Technology Innovation: Continuously evaluate and improve the marketing technology stack by integrating emerging AI APIs, automation platforms
