Senior Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with a graduate degree in finance, economics, or business. They should possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills, be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple transactions.

What you'll do

• Work with a global Pan Asian Bank
• Manage and support transaction execution including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials
• Drive client engagement by coordinating communications, managing due diligence, and maintaining strong relationships
• Create industry research reports, track sector trends, and identify new business opportunities
• Operate administrative processes such as maintaining client files, drafting NDAs, and organizing meetings
