Senior Analyst - Benefits Support Management

About the role

As part of this role, the Service Support Associate serves as the primary point of contact for the US branch, providing end-to-end support for policy renewals, including documentation management (Census, SBC, SPD, Carrier Proposals, etc.). You will collaborate with Client Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks for ~35 accounts.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks for ~35 accounts
• Ensure end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to complete renewal activities on time
• Handle queries effectively to minimize rework at the service center
• Identify risks and issues and navigate them to successful resolution

What you need

• 3–5 years in finance, audit & banking
• Insurance
• Compliance
• Any graduate
