Senior Analyst - Billing/Invoicing

About the role

This role supports the accurate processing of billing and invoicing activities, ensuring all customer accounts are updated and maintained in line with organizational standards. The individual is responsible for handling payment reconciliations, generating billing reports, and resolving routine billing inquiries within the team.

What you'll do

• Process billing transactions using CRM and cloud-based billing platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines
• Update customer accounts and post payments in billing and accounting systems, maintaining precise financial records
• Reconcile billing accounts by identifying and resolving discrepancies using accounting tools and standard operating procedures
• Generate billing activity reports using data analytics tools, supporting internal reporting requirements
• Respond to billing-related queries escalated within the team, providing technical solutions or appropriate workarounds related to supported applications
