Senior Analyst, Business Solutions Contracts

About the role

This position, Analyst- Business Solutions Contracts, will provide expert in procurement contracts support to the RTX Enterprise Services Partnerships team. This role requires a mix of legal,transactional, organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda. This role is responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management and negotiation of commercial and operational terms terms of the contracts.

What you'll do

• Execute preliminary contract review and markup, drafting contract amendments, andfollow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associatedamendments
• Liaison with Legal and the Stakeholders to complete the RTX’ Onetrust process to align with procurement activitiesEstablish top supplier engagement plans and governance…
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle
• Maintain and update contracts in the Contract Management Systems (e.g. Contracts Tracker, Ariba etc.)
• Manage contract execution workflow via Docusign and track completion

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
