Senior Analyst - Claims Specialist

About the role

As the GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical, you will be responsible for handling complex claims and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Clients, Insurers etc. You will be managing end to end claims for UK. You will ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders.

• Be responsible for handling complex claims and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Clients, Insurers etc. You will be managing end to end claims for UK
• Ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders
• Be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team
• Be interacting with the team who are present in India and UK Exposure to End to End Claims Handling is a definite plus
• Conduct trainings to enhance knowledge and timely submission of reports
