What you'll do

• Assist in day-to-day compensation administration including job evaluations, salary offers, and internal equity reviews
• Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives
• Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations
• Prepare reports and dashboards for compensation and benefits -related metrics and trends
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of C&B operations

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
