Senior Analyst-Control Management

About the role

The role will independently manage routine regulatory enquiries, research and analyze regulatory requirements, and translate requirements into practical business impacts. Independently manage regulatory enquiry JIRAs , particularly repeatable and lower-complexity requests. Research and analyze LRRs to determine relevance and implications for business activities, products, and processes.

What you'll do

• Research and analyze LRRs to determine relevance and implications for business activities, products, and processes
• Support regulatory analysis across US & International markets and jurisdictions
• Develop clear, well-supported regulatory analysis and document conclusions, rationale, and supporting evidence
• Identify complex or ambiguous regulatory matters and escalate to the appropriate Legal, Compliance, Privacy, or subject-matter experts
• Partner with business, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and risk stakeholders to resolve regulatory enquiries
