Senior Analyst-Cost Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Cost Management to join the Finance department at IDFC First Bank. The Cost Management Team is dedicated to driving cost optimization initiatives and collaborating with various teams for end-to-end implementation. The role involves suggesting measures to improve process efficiencies and focusing on reducing the cost-to-income ratio.

What you'll do

• Review and manage monthly trending reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making
• Identify, recommend, and implement cost optimization opportunities to enhance financial performance and efficiency
• Ensure accuracy, quality, tracking, and reporting of expense categories, maintaining financial compliance
• Collaborate with department heads to align cost optimization efforts with overall business objectives
• Engage with various departments to understand systems and processes, including site visits to assess ground-level operations

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
