What you'll do

  • Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training and implement applications
  • Assist in mining, analyzing and interpreting data and information from the data warehouse to meet specific client and business needs
  • Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing Customer Relationship Management functions
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility and accuracy
  • Participate in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating sales, marketing and administrative user needs
