About the role

The role combines strong data quality and controls discipline with solid testing/validation skills. The analyst has to ensure data accuracy, traceability and operational compliance through robust reconciliation routines and test governance.

What you'll do

Design, implement, and perform data reconciliation routines across systems (e.g., SAP, Databricks, external feeds)
Develop reconciliation rules (record counts, balance checks, attribute-level variance thresholds) with exception reporting and root-cause analysis
Build / maintain reconciliation reports / dashboards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness KPIs
Document data mapping from source to report; maintain reconciliation playbooks, SOPs, and control evidence
Collaborate with data owners, SMEs and technical team to remediate issues, implement preventive controls, and improve upstream data quality
