Senior Analyst - Finance Business Partner at Eaton. Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas (ES-A) Engineering Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, project accounting.

What you'll do

• Wokring with Finance Manager, ES-A Engineering, this role will improve forecast accuracy, cost visibility, financial controls
• "• Support the assigned ES-A group Engineering strategic plan, profit plan, and monthly forecast by consolidating inputs, validating assumptions
• Load and maintain monthly forecasts; analyze variances to plan and prior forecast; identify risks and opportunities
• Perform labor-rate, utilization, hours, and mix analysis to improve engineering cost accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor project spend, funding, reimbursements, capital expenditures, and results against approved plans and business cases

What you need
