About the role
Overview We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Senior Analyst – Global HR Shared Services (EMEA) to support Global HR Operations. Handling completely New Hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for EMEA Region. Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region. Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region.
What you'll do
- Responsible for creating process maps and documentation Incumbent must possess strong knowledge on EMEA HR Operations
- Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region
- Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region
- Handling Risk Assessment process/report for Maternity/Paternity employees for EMEA
- Training new joiners, conducting brainstorming sessions and refreshers
