Senior Analyst - Global Mobility

About the role

You will work closely with the Global Mobility Operations team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant international assignment processing, while supporting a large and diverse assignee population across multiple global regions.

What you'll do

• International Assignment & Program Execution
• Prepare, update, and complete international assignment documentation, program files, and contract-related materials supporting complex expatriate arrangements
• Maintain accurate data in assignment management systems (Topia) to ensure compliance with RTX policies, government regulations, and international requirements
• Support invoice reviews and documentation workflows involving multiple stakeholders and policy frameworks
• Critical Thinking & Issue Resolution

What you need
