About the role

This role provides a great opportunity to work as part of the Resourcing Team focusing on supply and deployment. Balancing the needs of the business and the aspirations of the individuals, which is critical for the success in this role. Managing the annual forward planning process for offshore resources including allocating portfolios to team members in line with agreed budgets.
