Senior Analyst

About the role

An opportunity to join the HR Management Information team, providing high-quality reporting, analytics and decision-support to HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across the UK firm. The successful candidate will partner with HRBP teams, People Analytics and other areas of the People Function to deliver accurate recurring and ad hoc management information.

What you'll do

• Deliver accurate and timely recurring and ad hoc HR MI reports, dashboards and data packs
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, exceptions and actionable insights
• Produce clear executive summaries and commentary that explain key movements and business implications
• Perform appropriate data validation and quality checks to ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of deliverables
