What you'll do

Review and adherence of KYC Policy, Operating Manual, QA Workbooks, and any other Process documentation
Discuss with the KYC MO and identify a representative sample of customers for review
Review the sampled customers for the characteristics outlined in the KYC QA workbook
KYC QA workbook needs to be completed for KYC review
QA reviewer needs to opine on the Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness aspect of each review criteria for the sampled customers

What you need

Any graduate
