Senior Analyst-Licensing

About the role

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized candidates to support licensing operations, compliance tracking, and regulatory documentation management across the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, accounting awareness, and the ability to manage time-sensitive activities with high accuracy and rigor.

What you'll do

• Licensing & Compliance Operations
• Manage end-to-end processing of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals
• Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records, documentation, and databases
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• Dashboarding
• Accounts payable
• SOP writing
• B.Com or BBA
