Senior Analyst, Manufacturing Engineering

About the role

You’ll design, develop, evaluate, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and systems in close alignment with Operations, ensuring strong functional alignment with the Danfoss Business System. You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing and Process Engineering teams and take ownership of key engineering processes, helping us move toward a more efficient and capability‑driven future.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, tooling, and systems to meet customer and internal demand
• Support manufacturing and quality teams by ensuring processes and controls consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with operations across all shifts to effectively implement process changes, and with quality teams on customer issues, ensuring aligned and timely responses
• Use your skills in process engineering, tooling, equipment selection, and analytical problem‑solving to improve production performance, documentation
• Continuously learn and share knowledge by staying updated on new manufacturing technologies, recommending improvements, and overseeing development of new methods

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• FMEA
• APQP
• PPAP
• SPC
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
