What you'll do

• Enter and manage customer orders and quotes in ERP and CRM systems for North America, following established procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism to support order accuracy and timely resolution
• Ensure seamless and accurate processing within the order-to-cash cycle to maintain reliability
• Support team productivity reporting by collecting and analyzing relevant metrics
• Perform quality checks on high-value orders prior to release to uphold service standards
