Senior Analyst - Operational Finance

About the role

The lead will be part of RTR team based out of Bangalore and will work closely with the reporting manager to support and provide services to ensure a smooth month-end process and strengthen the control environment.

What you'll do

• Monthly Payroll Accounting and Analysis
• Reporting of P&L Intercompany balances in BPC and clearance of mismatches
• Identification and agreement of Intercompany Recharges with counterparts
• Delivery of Month End closure (MEC) activities including P&L and Balance Sheet finalization
• Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations and required workings and commentary for BS calls

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Financial statements
• Excel
• Accounting
• Record to report
• PowerPoint
• Financial reporting
• Any graduate
