What you'll do
- The Senior Analyst will support the Operations Excellence (OE) team within the Industrial Solutions (ISOL) department, driving continuous improvement, KPI management
- This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating across multiple functions to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction
- Need an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, experienced and motivated team-player with strong IT background
- Customer Satisfaction & KPI/OKR Management Establish, monitor, and adjust KPI and OKRs for ISOL, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Track regional KPI performance, follow-up with managers, and implement corrective actions
