What you'll do

• Verify each request against the relevant insurance contract, policy schedule, and policy wording to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and issue new certificates, renewals, and amendments following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct thorough quality checks before issuance to ensure certificates are accurate, complete, and error-free
• Ensure certificates accurately reflect client insurance requirements and policy coverage
• Manage a high volume of certificate requests while maintaining service levels and turnaround times
