What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end lease accounting activities including AR, AP, and GL
• Perform tenant billing, rent invoicing, cash applications, and aging analysis
• Process vendor invoices, expense bookings, and payments
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and GL adjustments
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Month-end close
• Financial reporting
• Financial statements
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Internal controls
• Bookkeeping
• Variance analysis
• SOP writing
