Senior Analyst - Strategy Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our Hyderabad office as part of the Strategy team. The Strategy team focuses on project acquisitions, PPA origination, market and corporate strategy, and capital raising. The team works closely across DESRI business units — including Finance, Development, EPC, Procurement, Legal, and FP&A — to price risk and execute new opportunities that drive long-term NAV growth.

What you'll do

• Bid modeling and valuation for project acquisitions, PPA/ESA origination, repowers, and surplus BESS opportunities at any stage of the project life cycle
• Assist in pricing and structuring bids targeting pre-tax IRR and minimum NAV thresholds
• Coordinate with EPC, Procurement, and Legal to validate assumptions and optimize site
• Conduct research on U.S. renewable markets covering financing markets, equipment pricing, competitor analysis, new markets, interconnection positions, and new technology
• Synthesizing insights from public sources, utility proceedings, and internal databases
