What you'll do

• Develop and maintain recurring L&D reports, scorecards, and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Track and report key learning metrics on regular basis Perform root cause analysis to identify factors impacting learning outcomes and business performance
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations from learning data
• Create visual representations of learning data to help stakeholders understand trends and performance
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Dashboarding
• Data visualisation
• Power BI
• Excel
• MIS reporting
• Power Query
• Any graduate
