Senior Analyst - Training Facilitator

The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, expertise in process training, and the ability to create impactful learning content. The role involves delivering pre-process, process, systems, and foundational soft skills training while ensuring employees achieve the desired performance standards.

What you'll do

• Make an impact Pre-Process and Process Training Facilitate and deliver pre-process and process training programs for new hires and existing employees
• Conduct training on business processes, systems, tools, workflows, compliance requirements, and operational procedures
• Use a variety of training methodologies, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning approaches, to drive learner engagement and knowledge retention
• Assess learner understanding through knowledge checks, assessments, certifications, and practical exercises
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to help learners achieve proficiency and meet performance expectations
