About the role

Summary – Crescendo Global is hiring a Valuation Analyst to join a team of analysts working closely with senior investment professionals of a global asset management firm. The role involves providing valuation and monitoring services for Private Equity and Credit portfolio investments.

What you'll do

Build, review, and maintain financial models to estimate the fair value of Private Equity and Credit Investments using valuation methodologies such as Discounted Cash…
Prepare detailed valuation memos, reports, and presentations to communicate investment findings and valuation insights to senior management and clients
Manage third-party valuation reviews, coordinate with external auditors, and independently gather relevant financial and market data for investment analysis
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand deal structures, validate assumptions, address queries, and support informed investment decision-making
Reconcile accounting systems with internal valuations monthly, enhance valuation policies and controls
