Senior Analyst Workday - Talent & Recruiting

About the role

You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR to drive enhancements from discovery through testing and deployment, ensure strong governance, and prepare the organization for Workday releases.

What you'll do

• Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert (SME) in terms of Workday system functionality for functional areas that include: HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding
• Gathers, defines and implements system requirements, including but not limited to preparing and executing functional and technical specifications, test plans
• Performs basic to advanced system configurations including core tables, business processes, workflows, condition rules, calculated fields, notifications
• Support Workday Recruiting functionality including requisitions, candidate life cycle management, offer processes, and interview workflows
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting processes and improve recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experiences
