Senior Analyst, Workday VNDLY

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Senior Workday Systems Engineer to join our People Engineering team and lown the design, development, and optimization of external workforce management lifecycle via our Workday VNDLY platform.

What you'll do

• Partner with People Functions teams to gather and analyse requirements for external workforce management solutions via Workday VNDLY
• Assess existing architecture, workflows, data and provide authoritative recommendations to ensure robust, scalable, solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define scope, requirements, timelines, and outcomes for external workforce management initiatives
• Design and implement sustainable, efficient, and easy-to-follow configurations in Workday VNDLY, focusing on process simplification and automation
• Review Workday service updates and bi-annual releases to identify new enhancements, discovery items, and assess adoption strategies for continuous improvement
