About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Application QA to join our growing Quality Engineering team. As a Senior QA, you will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps Engineers and Business Stakeholders to deliver robust, reliable and high-quality software.

What you'll do

  • Quality Engineering & Test Strategy
  • Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of QA strategy, testing standards and quality engineering practices
  • Promote Shift-Left testing by participating in requirements analysis, backlog refinement and solution design sessions
  • Review business and technical requirements to ensure they are testable and complete
  • Identify quality risks early and recommend mitigation strategies
