About the role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of our web applications. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer support. What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer support
