What you'll do

  • Ensure Account/Project Success Collaborate with Semi BU Sales, Marketing and Business Management to create opportunity pipeline through customer engagements and events
  • Achieve key support objectives for assigned accounts and projects across project delivery, issue resolution, and customer proficiency development
  • Collaborate with Sales to translate this support into successful customer opportunity wins
  • Identify potential risks before project deployment. Coordinate cross-functional execution to deliver projects on time and meet customer timelines
  • Apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve customer issues. Provide regular updates on progress towards resolution and the action plan
