Senior Architect cum Construction Manager ( Trivandrum, Mangalore, Ahmedabad)

About the role

The Senior Architect cum Construction Manager (Architectural Works, Interiors & Finishes) shall report to the Project Incharge / Project Head and serve as the PMC lead for construction supervision, quality assurance, design compliance and delivery of all architectural works, interior fit-outs, façade systems and finishes associated with the airport development project.

What you'll do

• Lead construction supervision and quality control of architectural works, interior fit-outs, façade systems and finishing works
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups and material approvals
• Ensure timely completion of architectural works in accordance with approved programmes and project milestones
• Coordinate construction sequencing and installation activities with other project disciplines
• Design Compliance & Technical Review
