Senior Assistant

About the role

Responsible for coordinating vessel provisioning activities for an assigned fleet segment, ensuring timely procurement, economical sourcing, vendor coordination, order processing and uninterrupted supply of provisions while maintaining operational records and service quality standards.

What you'll do

• Process vessel provision requisitions within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with vessels, vendors and agents for supply arrangements and order execution
• Obtain, analyse and compare quotations to ensure commercial competitiveness
• Negotiate pricing and service terms while maintaining approved quality standards
• Monitor RFQs, purchase orders, confirmations and supply status until completion
