• Escalate any issues identified on a timely basis to the GDC Assistant Managers and Managers, as well as seek possible resolution from them
• Understand and capture comments during quality review and from onshore teams to conduct root cause analysis and to provide feedback to team for self and team development…

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
