Senior Associate, Accounting and Tax

About the role

Crowe Maldives LLP is hiring for the position of Senior Associate, Accounting and Tax to join our growing team and lead audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio. The role involves managing outsourced accounting engagements, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage delivery of outsourced accounting and tax services for assigned clients
• Assess client requirements and design accounting and tax service solutions tailored to business needs
• Provide practical accounting solutions and recommendations to address client issues and improve processes
• Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closing
• Review financial records, management accounts, and tax computations for accuracy and quality
