Senior Associate - Banking Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist to manage and ensure accurate reconciliation of prepaid wallet transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, reviewing, and resolving discrepancies in transactions, while working closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of prepaid wallet transactions including credits, debits, and cashback
• Review transaction reports and statements to identify discrepancies between internal systems and external bank/partner statements
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams (Operations, IT, and partners)
• Ensure that all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and meet compliance and audit requirements
• Monitor prepaid wallet balances and ensure accuracy in records and reports
