Senior Associate, Business Development

About the role

The role of the Business Development Associate is to accelerate sales to expand the firm’s user base and offerings within companies across corporate markets in India & South Asia. The candidate will focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing new revenue opportunities as well as work on contract renewals, optimizing client experience, gaining market share, and pursuing excellence in close collaboration with a team of GLG servicing team professionals.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior BD team members in securing enterprise-level agreements for both existing clients and new business opportunities
• Identify and engage with senior industry leaders within the Corporate segment to develop new relationships and grow existing business relationships
• Work creatively and collaboratively with internal colleagues- marketing, compliance, legal, finance
• Drive and build a new business pipeline in the India Corporate segment
