Senior Associate Finance

About the role

We are looking for a capable and self-driven Senior Associate – Finance to manage the company's finance operations in a high-growth environment. Reporting directly to the Founder, the candidate will be responsible for independently handling accounting, book closure, statutory compliances, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow management, treasury, and statutory audits.

What you'll do

• Take complete ownership of the company's books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely accounting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
• Oversee statutory and regulatory compliances
• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting practices and financial regulations
• MIS, Reporting & Financial Analysis

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Cash flow
• Budgeting
• Treasury
• Statutory audit
• Month-end close
• Chartered Accountant
